Yes, we require a non-refundable $500 fee to begin sourcing stones or designing your custom piece. This fee is applied to the purchase price. The agreed upon total is then adjusted into two payments. First to begin production and second at delivery. 

Yes, while diamonds are our specialty, we can also source a variety of fine gemstones.

We work closely with our jeweler to ensure proper fit. We are happy to assist with resizing and minor adjustments when needed.

Shipping is included in the purchase price for all orders. Every piece is shipped via fully insured, signature-required FedEx delivery for the full value of your jewelry.
